I understand the amount indicated is for the purchase of goods/services and does not include any freight charges that are to be paid directly to the freight carrier upon delivery. I agree to pay this purchase amount in accordance to the terms and conditions agreed upon along with the 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee.

Returns: We accept returns on stock items purchased from us in the past 30 days. Return goods must have prior NAPC authorization. We do not accept returns on non-stock, special ordered or manufactured goods. All claims must be in writing within 48 hours after arrival of the goods. Shipments lost or damaged in transit, buyer must look to the carrier only. NAPC liability is limited to the invoice value only.
